A smart 5-star hotel brand which offers the luxury and comfort of established brands without their construction costs and operating expenses thanks to a design which emphasizes practicality and high-standards.
AVIVA SUITES
Suites and Serviced-Apartments. Catering to long-stay travellers, for business and leisure, these properties will be more family-oriented, and will offer the same look and feel, the same technology platforms and a loyalty program. Ideally, AVIVA SUITES should be adjacent to another AVIVA property to create synergies between the two.
AVIVA ESPRIT
3-star hotels with a personality. These properties will focus on millenials and tech-savvy travellers, offering value for money.
